is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive team, managing their schedules and handling all incoming communications.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Conduct research and compile information to assist executives in decision-making processes.
Attend meetings with executives, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage and prioritize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and flagging critical issues.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking for the company.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
Collaborate with other teams to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as directed.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent service to clients.
Perform general clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, google office).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information.
Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment is advantageous.
Proficient in using Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing Experience managing Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling tools Position Type:
